Welcome to

First Presbyterian Church!

Since 1843, the branch of the body of Christ known as First Presbyterian Church of Cartersville has been vibrantly alive, worshipping and serving Jesus Christ to the glory of God. Through the ravages of a Civil War, through two World Wars and the Great Depression, through the joys and sorrows of individuals in its membership, FPC has been an anchor of faith at the corner of Bartow and Main Street in Cartersville, Georgia.

FPC today is 600 members strong and is diverse in its membership. All ages are represented; there are people from all walks of life – both white collar and blue collar; working and retired; and the congregation makes room for a diversity of faith expressions and theological mindsets. The commonality we share is a love for and commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and a desire and willingness to be his faithful disciples in the world.

You are invited to join hearts and hands with this diverse group of Christian people who are making a difference in our community and world.
